yes, they do $1.59 by pound
Yes they haveyes they have
Yes they do. Food is delicious, pretty close to what I eat when I visit family in Mexico.
As soon as they are open.
Yes they do!
Yes, at their bakery next door.
They have a variety of spicy sauces and I have never seen turkey tail there.
They get three stars because they were friendly but their food & bakery is all mediocre! There is just not enough flavor for me...I could eat the asada & pastor tacos...but why would I?! Their carnitas and barbacoa were just awful between the lack of flavor and fat on the pork I'm actually mad at the person that recommended this place!
"There service is great, and so is there food there lines move quickly, gracias"
Love it! Decent selection of ethnic foods with fair pricing and the restraunt inside is good! The bakery is across the street and that is good too! Only problem is the parking isn't so good, but worth it.
Great Mexican food!
Really delicious tacos and entrees. It’s absolutely authentic however sometimes there are flies near the kitchen area, which bothers me. I have waited in line for a very long time without being acknowledged when nobody was around. That’s not right no matter how good your food is.
Authentic Mexican street tacos. The Tacos El Pastor are very good. Good selection of Mexican sodas also.
REAL - Authentic - Mexican FoodNo need to go anywhere else if your quest is to find the best and most authentic Mexican food around, this is THE place. There is lots to say but try it for yourself and you will see.
Excellent 🌮 tacos. Especially on Taco Tuesday, when tacos are $1. The variety of meat choices change from day to day. But the usual meat choices are always available. I've tried just about every item they offer and have enjoyed eating everything I've tried. The tamale choices will also change between chicken, pork and other varieties. I also like adding my favorite sauce and toppings from the toppings bar. The more visits you make, the more eating experience you will enjoy. I highly recommend this eating establishment.
Delicious tacos. Always fresh, tasty and seasoned perfect.
Favorite place to get Authentic Mexican food. And it's all cooked right in front of you. And it's a market to get your own ingredients to take ho.e and cook it yourself
Love them, really good authentic food, I go every week!!
They were super busy, but also quick. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was so helpful and awesome. The parking is tough, the dining area is barely big enough for their popularity, but they have bottle openers for your glass Coke bottles! Awesome! Reasonable prices and a good time.
WOW!!!! is all I can say...for real though! This place reeks authentic! When the line is wrapped around the grocery store and they are majority Hispanic you know you came to the right place for Taco Tuesday!I had lunch with Adam our Yelp KC El Presidente' (Community Manger) and we both ordered 5x tacos a piece. I had pollo, asada, barbacoa, pastor and another meat that I can't remember the name. I added some green goodness and instant heaven on earth!! I would have to rank the Asada and pastor as my top 2!Grades:Pastor- 9.75Asada- 9.75Pollo- 9Barbacoa- 8.5unknown pork goodness- 8.5I'll be back!!!
Having lived in Los Angeles and San Diego for over 20 years, I am accustomed to REAL Mexican food. Look no further, this is the REAL food.
Best Al Postor tacos in Kansas City. I have ate at this location and the one in Olathe Ks as well, and I've always had a great experience at both. You can also buy AlPastor by the pound in the meat market which I do frequently because my kids love it so much.Overall, it is very authentic and delicious.
Usually my experience ordering food to go or in the restaurant is GREAT, but today I'm not sure why they changed their process. I did my usual order over the phone, today they asked for my card information and sec number on the back over the phone. I asked why, because we usually pay at the register. her response was " So we can make sure you pick up your order." I proceed to tell her that, I am uncomfortable with giving my card information over the phone. she still ask for me to give her the card number over the phone. I can't process in my mind why they think this would be ok. If that is the case, they should work on making a website to take to go orders. Very disappointed today.
Go chicken go always has a crowd- for a reason. Always love their chicken-no matter the piece, it is tender and flavorful. My husband loves the mashed potatoes and we would buy the gravy by itself if we could. The cole slaw is a solid choice. Really like the Mac and cheese too!
The best REAL Mexican food in the Midwest PERIOD!! I’ve been to several places and as a Southern California native, I was HIGHLY disappointed in every so called Mexican food place. They were all gross and catered to a specific crowd, but Bonito Michoacán kept their roots and traditional flavorful dishes. If you’re a California native looking for REAL authentic Mexican food like home....this is the spot!!!
This place has some good little tacos. I'd recommend it for the food. It's not a relaxing place to eat, though, so don't expect that.
I was in the mood for some authentic street tacos and made the drive to Bonito Michoacán. Overall, it is very authentic and delicious. I got 4 street tacos (2 asada and 2 al pastor), complete with 2 tortillas per taco and topped it off with onion and cilantro. I lived in East LA for 2 years and so I've had many street tacos, I'd say this place ranks in the top third. The al pastor was not as good as I've had elsewhere, it was a little dry. Other than that, they were solid street tacos. The place is inside and next to a supermarket. I went during dinner hours and it was fairly busy, maybe a 10 minute wait to go through and get your food. Lots of Mexican families as well as multiple ethnicities coming in for food. The lady spoke English well, no issues with ordering anything.A great place to try if you are in the mood for some cheap street Mexican food. I recommend the light green (almost avocado looking) salsa on your tacos, it is a little spicy though.

Food is just ok, good Mexican rice. They charged me for 3 tacos when I only ordered 2, then got an attitude when they had to give me refund. I will no longer support this business.
Delicious! Authentic! Well priced! Very casual! Bring your appetite! How does a non-Latino couple know they are in a good Mexican restaurant? (besides Google reviews!) When you can look around the room and you're the only ones not speaking Spanish! Worth a visit. Hope my review is helpful.

Amazing food..... that is all you need to know
Able to get products here that are not available in other stores.
If you're looking for great authentic Mexican meals, don't walk RUN to this place. There's also a market inside with awesome seasonings and spices and meat counter.
Good Mexican grocery store and great food made right there on the spot.
Authentic street tacos and homemade Tamal. Really good prices and the portions were decent. We will return for sure.
Great carne asada tacos
Located inside a small supermarket, Bonito Michoacan does great tacos as well other traditional Mexican dishes. Everything is listed in Spanish and English, as well shows pictures. They have a large variety of meats to choose from for their tacos, each served on small corn tortillas. They have a small condiment bar where you can choose between 5 different sauces, as well cilantro, pickled onion, peppers, and pico de gallo, limes, etc. Lots of seating inside with very friendly staff.
They have lamb. Nuff said.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The restaurant was open Sunday am picked up pan dulce @bonitomichoacanbakery then walked over for some amazing tacos de barbacoa and lengua!! OHHH EM GEEE!!!
Some of the best tacos in Kansas City. You can’t wrong with the meats. I usually get the chicken, steak, or pastor. So good! Don’t go too late as they are so popular they will run out.
Love the food. Awesome price and friendly people working there.
Insanely perfect and delicious! From the carne asada to al pastor, carnitas, lengua, pollo and barbacoa...all are amazing every time. Great staff and clean environment. After 7 years....still simply incredible.
They really do have the best tacos in town. My favorites are the carne asada. It's busy but worth the wait which really isn't that long because they have a good and quick system in place.
Today I was disgusted with both my meal and the service...my beef soup had 2 bites of beef and about a pound of fat, the tamale was old because the cheese was hard and crusty.....I never complain at businesses I simply do not go back but this time I felt I had to. The lady proceeds to tell me that the cheese tamale was "normal" and she brought me more meat; however, her attitude was in the toilet....I won't be going back!!!
Good Mexican food. Good enough to come back? I'm not sure yet.
First time eating here, for my birthday. Tacos were good until my son just bit into a HUMAN TOOTH in his asada!!!!!! Had him check his whole mouth and the tooth did NOT come from him! NEVER AGAINNNNNNNN
I've been here a few times now. I'd probably say this is one of the top spots to get tacos and other entrees. They are usually very busy especially during lunch hours which is to be expected but they are very quick. The parking can be a hassle during peak hours, but it's worth it.I've had their Asada, Pastor, Lengua, Tripa, and Carnitas tacos. They've all been delicious and well flavored. Aside from the tacos, I've also had the Parrillada (eckrich sausage, marinated rib ends, onions with rice and beans) and it was absolutely amazing. Do keep in mind that this does take time as they cook for each order. It's a large portion so you make room! There's also a little store inside as well if you need to do a little grocery shopping while you eat/order. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place for tacos.
One of the best places in kc for carnitas
Great food there! I had the beef stew. Wondering what was in it... It had something like potatoes but the texture and taste was different. What was that? Some kind of squash?
Authentic Mexican food... Lip smacking and spicy. Tacos that are just out of the world.. Don't mistake it to be just a grocery store, the queue here runs long and the taste of food stays with you for long...
My favorite place in Kansas City to get authentic Mexican food esp the tacos & burritos! $1 Taco Tuesday & $5 Burrito Friday.
I love the service also they could learn Spanish so they can talk to Mexicans like me I asked for a tray and they have me a thing for salsa
Some of the best soft tacos can be had here. Great meat and a good selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Depending on the time you go, it may be packed, but the cooks move quick enough to where you won't wait too long. It's also a store if you wanna buy some groceries.
